ORDERS
●How do I place an order?
      1.Click the shopping cart icon on the product category page or the "add to cart" button on the product details page to add the product to your cart.
      2.If you want to change or remove products, click on the shopping cart icon on the upper right hand corner to view your shopping cart and view the products you have already added.
      3.Click ‘Checkout'.
      4.Enter your shipping and billing details.
      5.Choose your preferred payment method and delivery method.
      6.Click ‘Proceed to payment’ to complete your order with our secure payment gateway.
      7.Once your payment is completed, you’ll see a summary of your order and you will receive an order confirmation by email.
●Can I cancel or amend my order?
      Please contact us if you wish to cancel or amend your order. Although we cannot guarantee this, we will happily do our best for any orders that have not already been processed.
TAXES
      ●Taxes / Are there any extra costs (taxes, duties, customs etc.) I have to pay in addition to the prices shown on your web store?
Any possible local duties and/or taxes are to be paid by the customer. Packages are shipped as Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) which means the recipient is responsible for payment of all applicable duties, taxes and other fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
